  1. Select product color and size and add to shopping cart.
  2. Please log in as a member before checking out (email registration or use Line/Facebook to log in).
  3. Enter the shopping cart, select the shipping method and click checkout.
  4. Fill in your contact information and shipping address.
  5. Select a payment method and click Complete Order.


Thoughtful reminder

  1. After the order is placed, product details, split orders, and delivery methods cannot be modified. Please make sure the order content is correct before checking out.
  2. For corrections to your address and mobile phone number, please be sure to contact customer service as soon as possible for modification. (If the order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be modified. Please forgive me.)
  3. To cancel an order, please click "Cancel Order" when the order status shows "Order Processing" and re-order. If the order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
  4. Simply adding a product to the shopping cart does not mean completing the order for the product, and the system will not retain inventory. Therefore, if the checkout process is not completed and the product is sold out, you will not be able to proceed with checkout.
  5. Supermarket pick-up orders will arrive at the designated store within three days after they are shipped. Please bring your ID to pick up the goods within seven days after the goods arrive at the store. If you fail to pick up the goods three times, you will not be able to use this delivery method in the future.
  6. Please note that if you violate Black Label's ordering and return regulations without reason or maliciously, the company has the right to suspend your account and refuse you to use this service, and blacklist you for transactions. Please pay attention.

Online credit card/pick up payment

Supermarket pick-up orders will arrive at the designated store within three days after they are shipped. Please bring your ID to pick up the goods within seven days after the goods arrive at the store. If you fail to pick up the goods three times, you will not be able to use this delivery method.

When picking up the goods at a convenience store, if the payment amount is zero after discounting the shopping credit, or the card payment has been completed on the official website, be sure to fill in the name that matches the ID card in the order, and bring the ID to pick up the package. If the information does not match due to filling errors, If the item cannot be picked up and needs to be re-sent, the shipping fee will be $80.

Instructions for using coupons

  1. Coupons are based on coupon numbers and can be used regardless of membership status, so please keep the coupons properly and proactively enter the coupon number (in uppercase and lowercase letters in English) at checkout to get the discount.
  2. Coupons in a member account cannot be transferred to other member accounts, nor can they be resold or converted into cash.
  3. If the items in the shopping cart meet the coupon usage restrictions, please go to the shopping cart - My Coupons and click to use them, and the amount will be fully discounted in one time.
  4. Each order is limited to one coupon. If you have two or more coupons at the same time, you can choose one to use at checkout.
  5. After the coupon is used, if the order is canceled or the transaction fails and it is still within the validity period, it will be automatically returned to the member's account.
  6. Coupons can only be used once and will not be refunded if returned.
