Return and exchange policy

1. The Black Label website only provides return service and cannot handle exchanges.
   
   
2. In accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to enjoy a seven-day appreciation period after the goods arrive, starting from the day after the consumer signs for the product (the day of signing for the product is mainly based on the date of receipt of the courier or supermarket pickup date record) Within the seven-day appreciation period. The seven-day appreciation period is a "consideration period" and not a "trial period". If the product lacks integrity and loses its resale value after being used or washed, returns will not be processed.
   
   
3. The returned goods must be in brand new condition and fully packaged, and the integrity of the returned goods, accessories, tags, internal and external packaging, gifts, etc. must be maintained. And send it back in the original packaging, including the complete and undamaged outer box/bag, goods, shipping instructions, gifts, etc. If the original outer box is lost, please use a clean packaging bag, carton or clean packaging material to wrap the product. Please do not send it directly in damaged packaging. If the shipping order is lost, please attach a note with the orderer's name, mobile phone number, and order number in the package to facilitate subsequent returns.
   
   
4. The 2CM error in size, screen color difference, exposed threads, etc. are all within the acceptable range according to international inspection standards and are not considered defects. In addition, due to computer resolution and screen issues, there may be color differences. Perfectionists please consider carefully before purchasing.
   
   
5. If you receive defective goods or need to return them, please fill out the return and exchange form first. We will reply to you within three days and provide return information. You need to send them back at your own expense first. We will return the goods after receiving the goods and confirming the completeness. Refund will be made to your designated account within seven working days (or credit card refunded)
